Products and Custom Creations

LayerWish creates and sells 3D-printed products, including ready-to-order items, personalized products, seasonal creations, business products and custom projects.

Because 3D-printed products are made layer by layer, minor variations in texture, layer lines, color, finish and appearance may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Personalized and Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, text, colors, logos, images and other personalization information.

Once production of a personalized or custom item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

For projects requiring customer approval, production will begin after approval of the applicable design, specifications or quote.

Customer-Provided Content

By submitting a logo, image, text, trademark or other content, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it and authorize LayerWish to reproduce it solely for purposes of completing your order.

LayerWish reserves the right to decline projects that may infringe intellectual property rights or that we otherwise determine we cannot produce.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs will be shown before checkout.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment.

Production and Shipping

Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, level of personalization and current order volume. Estimated production or shipping times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you and provide available options, including agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to their intended purpose. Unless specifically identified as such, LayerWish products are not toys, food-safe products, medical devices or safety equipment.

Availability
Products, colors and materials may change or become unavailable. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LayerWish will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from misuse of a product or use inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
